Terms of Service

By placing an order with Tidy Serve — whether through our website (tidyserve.net), by phone, by email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all transactions, both online and offline. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Tidy Serve is a commercial cleaning supply reseller located at 63 W Nicholas Dr, Des Plaines, IL 60016. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell. All products are sourced from authorized P&G Professional distributors.

We make every effort to accurately describe the products we carry. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by the manufacturer (P&G Professional) and are subject to change without notice. As a reseller, we do not modify, reformulate, or repackage any product. If a product does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve it at no cost to you. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.

Online orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe, Inc. By completing an online purchase: • You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide • You confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method • You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/us/legal) • Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund through Stripe within 5–10 business days.

We also accept orders through the following offline channels: • Phone: (224) 612-2976 — Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CST • Email: hello@tidyserve.net • In-person at our Des Plaines, IL location (by appointment) Accepted offline payment methods: credit/debit card (processed via Stripe terminal), business check (made payable to "Tidy Serve"), cash (in-person only), and bank wire transfer for orders over $500. Offline orders are confirmed via written or email confirmation. Orders are not binding until we issue a written confirmation.

Qualified businesses may apply for a NET 30 account. NET 30 terms allow approved accounts to pay invoices within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. • Accounts past 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% APR) • NET 30 is available for recurring accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $250 • We reserve the right to revoke NET 30 terms for any account with two or more late payments • Applications for NET 30 must include company name, address, and billing contact To apply for a business account, contact us at hello@tidyserve.net or call (224) 612-2976.

All prices on our website are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price you are charged is the price shown at the time you complete your order. Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Illinois in accordance with Illinois state tax law. If your business holds a valid Illinois sales tax exemption certificate, email it to hello@tidyserve.net before placing your order and we will apply your exempt status. For offline orders, tax-exempt status must be verified before order fulfillment.

We ship to all 50 US states via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days from the date of shipment. Free shipping applies to orders of $299 or more. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tidy Serve is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. For large bulk orders, we may arrange freight delivery. Freight orders require a business address with a loading dock or lift gate. Additional freight charges may apply.

There is no minimum order for standard online purchases. Bulk discounts apply automatically at the following thresholds: • Starter (12–49 units): 10% discount • Business (50–199 units): 20% discount • Enterprise (200+ units): 30%+ discount — contact us for custom pricing Bulk pricing applies per product SKU. Mixed SKU orders do not qualify for tiered bulk discounts unless a custom quote has been agreed upon in writing.

All content on this website — including product names, logos, images, and descriptions — is the property of either Tidy Serve or the respective brand owners (P&G, Mr. Clean, Dawn, Tide, Comet, Swiffer, Microban 24). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content without written permission. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of brand names represents authorized resale and does not imply partnership, endorsement, or affiliation beyond that of an authorized reseller.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy Serve's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Products are sold for their intended commercial cleaning purposes. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper dilution, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply to all orders placed after the revision date. Continued use of our website or offline ordering services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
